Privacy policy
This policy explains how COESA SpA, through its AEDVANT project, handles information relating to people who visit this site or communicate with us.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Controller and scope
COESA SpA operates AEDVANT and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This policy applies to aedvant.com and to communications concerning inquiries, opportunities, and potential projects.
It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services linked from this site. Those third parties maintain their own privacy practices and policies.
2. Information we process
The contact form currently displayed on the site does not transmit or store the information entered into it. If submission is enabled or if you contact us through another channel, we may receive your name, email address, company, country, project details, and the contents of your message.
The technical infrastructure that delivers the site may automatically record limited data such as IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date, time, and security logs. We use these data to operate, protect, and diagnose the site, not to build advertising profiles.
The site does not use advertising cookies. Some restricted features may save preferences or drafts in your browser's local storage; that information remains on your device unless you share it through another channel.
3. How we use information
We may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether there is a basis for a conversation or collaboration, prepare meetings, maintain communication records, and protect the security and operation of the site.
We process data only for purposes related to these activities and as permitted by applicable law, based on consent or another available legal basis. We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Service providers and transfers
We may give limited access to hosting, infrastructure, technology-support, or professional-advisory providers when necessary to operate the site or respond to an inquiry. We may also disclose information when required by law or a competent authority.
Some providers may process information outside Chile. Where applicable, we will seek reasonable safeguards for those transfers and limit processing to the purpose for which the data were provided.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to address the communication, evaluate the opportunity, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. We then delete, anonymize, or restrict it when required by law.
We use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, so please do not send confidential technical material, trade secrets, or sensitive personal data until an appropriate channel and review process have been agreed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, updating, correction, deletion, blocking, or objection regarding your personal data, as appropriate. To exercise these rights, use the same direct channel through which you established contact with COESA SpA and clearly identify your request.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding. We will handle the request within the periods and subject to the limitations established by applicable law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or applicable law. The current version will be posted on this page with its last-updated date.
